Face & Body Rejuvenation
The natural aging process can take a toll on every part of the body, including the skin. Genetics, sun exposure, acne and injury are some of the other things that can contribute to changes in your skin’s texture and appearance. We at Precision Medicine Health, PLLC are here to help revitalize your skin to make it look healthier, firmer, and smoother, so that you look and feel younger!
We have treatments for all areas of the body from head to toe, including hair, face, neck, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, and legs.
PRP for hair restoration
PRP is the platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, containing platelets, stem cells, and growth factors. When injected into the scalp these growth factors can stimulate dormant hair follicles and promote hair regeneration. The process is simple: we withdraw your blood, process it in our FDA-cleared centrifuge, and inject it back into your scalp. A series of 6 monthly treatments is necessary to see results and maintenance may require 1-2 yearly treatments.
PRF for hair restoration
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is an even more advanced procedure: completely natural, not requiring any additive of any sort. Specifically different FDA-cleared equipment is used to process your blood, and your blood only, yielding a product richer in growth factors than PRP, thus stimulating hair growth for a longer period of time.
PRP facelift
The growth factors, stem cells and platelets in PRP also stimulate your body to create collagen and fill-in areas that have wrinkled or sunken over time. PRP treatment can also help eliminate skin blotches/dark spots while building new tissue. This can be combined with Hyaluronic Acid (HLA) to achieve faster results. HLA is a natural substance that helps retain moisture in the skin. Artificial versions of HLA are used to make skin appear firmer and fuller.
PRF facelift
A PRF facelift also offers the same benefit of being a completely natural procedure, where only your blood is used without any additives. But in this case we use the special EZGel equipment and processing of your blood to also obtain an albumin gel, still without any additive, and yet thick enough to perform as well as man-made fillers to provide fullness where needed. Because PRF contains more growth factors than PRP, an EZGel/PRF facelift provides the same immediate results of PRP combined with fillers, but its bio-stimulating (collagen-building) effects last longer and – because it contains only elements from your own blood – has absolutely no side effects and not even a minimal risk of any reaction.
We trained with Dr Rajani and we perform PRF and EZGel procedures as per his well known protocols. Whether you prefer completely natural rejuvenation procedures, or a mix of PRF and fillers for more immediate volume building results, we will suggest the best option according to your needs and preferences.
Follow-up Microneedling treatments can help enhance the process as microneedling helps build collagen at upper skin levels and stimulate hair growth. Microneedling can also help remove skin blotches/dark spots as it helps the new tissue grow. Microneedling is also known for its ability to reduce and potentially remove scar tissue anywhere on the body.
Microneedling
Microneedling, also known as Percutaneous Collagen Induction (PCI) or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a cosmetic procedure which involves pricking the skin with tiny, sterilized needles. It is a minimally invasive procedure which creates tiny wounds. In healing these wounds, the body builds more skin tissue, elastin and collagen which has the effect of giving you smoother, firmer and more toned skin. This in turn makes you look younger. Microneedling has also been shown to be beneficial to other conditions like fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scaring, large pores, stretch marks, sun damaged skin, dark spots (melasma), hair loss, and reduced skin elasticity.
The procedure can be performed on almost any part of the body, for example the face, head/scalp, hands, abdomen, or thighs.
Nourishing creams and serums containing growth factors can be placed on the microneedled areas after the procedure to help promote healing and the generation of collagen, elastin, and healthy skin. Growth factors are proteins that stimulate the appropriate healing cells of the body (e.g., fibroblasts) to produce collagen, elastin, etc.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) can also be used since it directly contains your own platelets and growth factors which stimulate the aforementioned healing process.
Microneedling, combined with red-light therapy provides a powerful 1-2 punch for skin rejuvenation, since the red-light therapy also stimulates collagen building.
Most microneedling treatment courses need at least 6 treatments spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart. Microneedling uses the body’s natural healing ability, so the results appear gradually.
Unlike traditional cosmetic surgery where results are noticeable almost instantly and then slowly deteriorate, microneedled areas continue to sustain increased levels of collagen and elastin levels months after the treatment course has completed.
A related therapy called nanoneedling is similar to microneedling. Nanoneedling uses smaller needles than microneedling and makes shallower “wounds” than microneedling. It is a non-invasive way to deliver hydration and nutrients by pushing nutritional serums into the top layer of the skin. Because nanoneedling only affects the top skin layer, it can be performed as often as once per week.
Unlike microneedling, nanoneedling does not stimulate the body’s ability to heal- it only provides supplemental nutrition. Thus, nanoneedling is a very effective means to deliver extra collagen, elastin or other nutrients to the skin for the body to use between microneedling treatments.
Joint Rejuvenation
Joint Rejuvenation is a treatment for pain relief and for soft tissue, tendon, and ligament damage. Conditions like these are painful, immobilizing, and can be difficult to treat once scar tissue begins to form. At Precision Medicine Health, PLLC, we use a combination of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Ozone, Hyaluronic Acid, and homeopathic medicines to treat joint and tendon issues. Each substance itself or synergistically combined in appropriately sequenced treatments, provide relief and contributes to the healing of the issue involved.
Body Contouring
A Precision Medicine Health, PLLC we use Ozone therapy in several applications no only medical, bu also cosmetic. Ozone works well for skin problems and body contouring, with a few sessions of injections appropriately distributed in the areas where slimming is desired.
Homeopathic Rejuvenation
Homeopathy is a practice which uses extremely diluted medicines to trigger the body’s natural healing process. Its basic principle of “like cures like” engenders the use of small doses of medications to cure a condition that larger doses would otherwise cause. Thus, the symptoms you experience are a window to the cure.
Homeopathy can help with a variety of conditions including digestive issues, allergies, hormonal balance, headaches, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, stress, and skin conditions.
They are non-drug based (i.e., non-pharmaceutical) medicines. Homeopathic medicines have a variety of formulations including pills/tablets, topical creams/gels/liquids, and injectables.
We at Precision Medicine Health, PLLC, use a variety of homeopathic remedies to help with your condition, leading to a healthier, happier life.
