Intravenous Ozone Therapy
One of the most effective ways to administer ozone therapy is intravenously. This method ensures that the ozone is rapidly delivered throughout the body, leading to comprehensive systemic effects. Studies and clinical papers have highlighted several benefits of intravenous ozone therapy.
Dr. Howard Robins is the recognized authority in intravenous ozone therapy: he developed his RMDIV (Robins Method Direct IV) in the early ‘90s, performing over 335,000 such treatments since. He currently performs 10-11,000 treatments per year.
This method has many advantages over the more complex Major Autohemotherapy (MAH) and Hyperbaric MAH (10-Pass), producing faster results at lower cost. Because of the much gentler technique requiring just a 27 G butterfly needle insertion, it is feasible for just about anybody regardless of vein anatomy, and – in causing no trauma – allows for more than one treatment per day in cases where such frequency is necessary.
We have trained with Dr. Robins and are certified in his RMDIV. In our clinic, we offer this type of ozone therapy, together with injections, topical application, and insufflation, with excellent results and patient compliance. We offer different treatment packages tailored to each patient’s needs.
